Schemes
Having new products certified to EU, UK
or US standards by IFC Certification will help
you to market and sell your products in an
increasingly competitive marketplace, as
it provides affordable, customer focused,
independent certification of your fire
protection products.
This type of approval is recognised as the
highest level you can obtain for your products.
IFC Certification enable clients to identify
their products by a traceable label which can
be used by developers, building owners and
other end users to verify the origin, fire rating,
manufacturer and certification number of
the product.
The following is an indication of the
wide-ranging schemes currently available:
• Fire Resistant Timber Doors
Part of the product certification process
involves our inspectors conducting a
Factory Production Control audit of your
manufacturing facility to verify that adequate
and appropriate controls have been
implemented in the manufacturing process.
Certification covers initial type testing and
on-going product verification and includes
procedures to verify that subsequent
production items will perform as those
originally tested, developing increased
product confidence.
